How do I order educational materials from DVBIC?
Browse our collection to find what you’re looking for, then place an order for hard copies to be delivered to you using our shopping cart or, when available, download an electronic copy of the item for immediate use.
What's the difference between "Add to cart" and "Download file"?
When you add an item to your cart, you've taken a step toward placing an order for hard copies of whatever item you've chosen. If you complete the order process (providing your shipping address, etc.), then we will mail you hard copies of what you've ordered. If you click "Download file," your browser will download an electronic copy of your item to your computer immediately. You will not receive anything in the mail.
Can I order multiple copies?
Yes, you can order multiple copies of any of our materials that are available in hard copy. Once you have finished adding materials to your cart, simply increase the quantity you’d like to request upon checking out. All materials are ordered in individual quantities, please order accordingly.
Why can’t I download certain items?
Not all of our items are available for download. If they're not available for download, you can order a hard copy free of charge.
What do I do if I'm having trouble downloading something?

Is everything really free?
Yes, DVBIC provides these materials free of charge as a service to our service members and veterans recovering from traumatic brain injury and the people who care for them.
Is shipping free, too?
Yes, shipping is free, too.
Will I receive any kind of email confirmation?
Yes. When you place your order, you'll immediately receive an email confirming that we received your order. When we ship your order, you'll receive another email letting you know that your order has shipped.
When will I receive my items?
If you're downloading an item, you will receive it immediately. If you're ordering hard copies, you can expect to receive your items about three weeks after you place your order. We ship using USPS. If you don't receive your items within three weeks, please email us at info@DVBIC.org.
What if I need my items immediately?
If you need to receive your shipment quicker than our typical three-week turnaround time, please email us at info@DVBIC.org. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to provide expedited shipping.
