DVBIC-Johnstown: Community Re-Entry Program
“Laurel Highlands Neuro-Rehabilitation Center”, only the second civilian site to become a core DVBIC site, was founded in 2006 in Johnstown, PA to provide community integrated rehabilitation through a transitional living program and a day treatment program. In October of 2008, Laurel Highlands combined services with the assisted living pilot project and the outpatient clinic to become “DVBIC-Johnstown”.
